Piece factor in production data

Previously, when issuing a piece factor for structural precast elements, precast elements or MWS reinforcement groups there are always as many PXML or Unitechnik files generated as was stated in the piece factor part.

You can specify the piece factor for structural precast elements on the Invoicing tab of the palette, and this can be done via the Attributes tab for precast elements. For MWS reinforcement groups, the piece factor is defined in the MWS Reinforcement Group input dialog.

This has now been changed that under Catalogs, Site facilities, NC Generator driver catalog on the Element data tab, it is possible to set the Write piece factor option with the no - create more files and yes - set piece factor in file settings.

Depending on the setting then either n files are written, as was previously the case, where piece factor = 1 or a single file is created into which n is written as the piece factor.

By repositioning with the identical option, for example, every precast element present on the drawing file with the same number (e.g. 1 column, mark 1 with piece factor 1, 1 column, mark 1 with piece factor = 4, and 1 column, mark 1 with piece factor = 2) has a file written for it. If setting the option to no - create more files then as a result, 1 + 4 + 2 = 7 files will be written where piece factor = 1. If setting the option to yes - set piece factor in file it results in 3 files with the piece factor 1, 4 and 2.

In the case of Unitechnik in the 1st case, within the data record Slabdate, row 8 in the field 1111 (target piece count) a piece count = 1 is written and in the field 2222 (serial no.) the serial no. of 1 - n is written. In the 2nd case, within the data record Slabdate, row 8 in the field 1111 (target piece count) a piece count n is written and in the field 2222 there is always a 0.

In PXML, the 1st case in the Product entry with the first element will have the original ID written in, and the serial number is added in square brackets from the 2nd element onwards. There is always a 1 in the PieceCount field. In the 2nd case, the quantity n is noted in the PieceCount field.

Note: So that the files with the production data are not overwritten or to avoid the Copy of ... files, the StkIdx variable must be used in the name of the production file.
