'Bottom / top longitudinal bars 1' configuration entry

Rounding option:

Rounding of longitudinal bar lengths:

Don’t: Bar lengths will not be rounded off.

Exact: 1-4 = round down; 5-9 = round up

Round up: Bars will be rounded up to the rounding value.

Round down: Bars will be rounded down to the rounding value.

Rounding value:

[m] The program rounds off to this value.

Minimum length:

[m] Shorter bar lengths are omitted.

Cut with recess:

[m] Minimum length / Minimum width

If a recess is smaller than the value entered, then the longitudinal bars are not cut with the recess.

Remove alternate bar projection and bending shape at start, end of bar:

If this check box is selected, the program removes the bar projection and bending shape alternately from the start or end of the bar.

The first bar is shortened:

anywhere, at end of bar, at start of bar

Use this to specify where the bar projection and bending shape are removed from the first bar.

'Bottom / top longitudinal bars 2' configuration entry

The following parameters are available for bars in the 1st, 2nd and 3rd layers:

Bending shape is:

invalid / valid

A bending shape defined at an edge can be used or removed from the longitudinal bars in the appropriate layer.

Bar projection:

As entered: Uses the projection defined for an edge. If the bar projection is 0, the program uses the following fixed value.

Use fixed value: Regardless of the projection defined for the edge, the program uses the following fixed value unless manual entry produces an applicable shortening value.

Fixed value (bar projection = 0):

[m] Fixed value for the bar projection at panel edges. The program uses this value, even if the bar projection is zero.

Bar projection at recesses:

[m] Fixed value for the bar projection at recess edges. The program uses this value only if neither a smart fixture symbol nor manual entry produces an applicable value.
