Plan Display

You can use the tools of

Plan Display to show or hide elements. It is usually not necessary to show basic reinforcement in precast elements because too many bars would only make the placing drawing unreadable. But if you want to edit bars, you can show the required bars.

By clicking this icon, you configure the program to automatically create shading, displaying recesses more clearly in placing drawings.

Note: Automatic marking is only possible for "real" slab recesses created with the Recess, Opening in Slab tool in the Components task area or the Recesses tool in the Precast Slab task area. Recesses created with Model Precast Elements and recesses created at supports by automatic fixture features will not be marked automatically by the program in placing drawings and element plans. You must define marking together with the fixture or you must do this manually for recesses created with Model Precast Elements.

Click to show or hide the dimensions of floor plans that were dimensioned using dimension strings.

You can label a panel corner with a symbol to make the position of the precast unit on site clearer. You can switch these symbols between visible and hidden here.

By selecting this tool, you can show or hide the symbols for the wall type and the visible side of a wall. The side with the symbol indicates the visible side.

The following symbols are used to mark the individual wall types. Deleting the symbol automatically deletes the entire design.

By enabling this tool, you can hide the error notes generated automatically by the program. This can be useful when you want to present preliminary layouts to clients.

You can use this button to switch the top reinforcement layer of slabs on and off.
Applied to walls, this button switches all reinforcement units with the description 'visible' or with the index 1 in all layers on and off. In addition, this button shows or hides the reinforcement placed in in-situ concrete.

You can use this button to switch the bottom reinforcement layer of slabs on and off.
Applied to walls, this button switches all reinforcement units with the description 'invisible' or with the index 2 in all layers on and off.

Click to show or hide the joint meshes created using the FEA Reinforcement tool.

Click this icon to show or hide all the fixtures.

You can use this button to show and hide filling objects, sections, hollow blocks and bricks of floors.
If you have selected the exact display of panel components, they are part of the 3D object and cannot be hidden.

By enabling this tool, you can output the existing stirrup cages, joint reinforcement etc. in the form of a list.

A section of the entire cage is displayed in the bending schedule for stirrup cages. This ensures that longitudinal reinforcement is placed correctly.

If you have selected the Stack (How) tool to already create slab or wall element stacks with precast elements where the basic type = slab or wall then selecting this tool can create a stack list and place it on the drawing file. In this list, the slab, wall or precast elements contained in the stack where basic type = slab or wall are listed under the stack number are also listed in accordance with their position in the stack.

Note: When creating stacking lists with Create element stacking lists in the Slab plan displays, Wall plan displays and Plan displays functions are, upon joint selection of precast elements of the type Slab, Wall and Precast Element

within the slab task area, slab elements and horizontal precast elements where basic type = slab,
within the wall task area, wall elements and vertical precast elements where basic type = wall as well as
within the precast element task area, slab elements, wall elements as well as horizontal and vertical precast elements where the basic type = slab and wall

are listed.

In addition, a stack diagram can be placed for half floors and prestressed hollow core elements.

If there are different types of prestressed hollow core elements within a stack level, these elements are given a hatching style as a means of identification. If the top stack level consists of a single element, this element appears in the middle, regardless of its actual position on the stack.

The stacks of a truckload are combined graphically in the sketch. A truckload is labeled with the number of the truck, the vehicle type as specified in the catalog and the total weight of the load.

By enabling this tool, you can show the length of the connecting joints for the active slab elements on the drawing file. The program uses this length to estimate the mesh reinforcement required for the connecting joints.

Click Show joint reinforcement and select the relevant placement fields.

The text is displayed attached to the crosshairs. Place the text as you want.
