Production data for insulating boards and tiles
If you have selected a surface fixture for the layer (insulation material) or a tile (facing layers) on the Production tab of the Insulation material catalog or Brick/tile catalog and insulating boards or tiles are placed in the respective wall layers, these individual elements are transferred to production in accordance with the following rules:
- So that the large number of insulating boards and in particular tiles can be transferred, identical uncut insulating boards and tiles are transferred in one common fixture. A separate polygon with the shape of each insulating board or tile is transferred.
A fixture is limited to a maximum of 99 geometric elements, due to the requirements of the Unitechnik CAD-CAM interface. - When cut, insulating boards and tiles are always transferred as their own fixtures.
- For cut and uncut insulating boards and tiles, the Length and Width of the uncut element as listed in the Insulation material catalog or the Brick/tile catalog are always transferred as the length and width (field 88888 and 99999 in line 7 of the MOUNTPART block).
A placement angle is not transferred. It can only be obtained indirectly from the following geometric element. - If an insulating board is only cut to avoid an opening inside the board, all of the fixtures of the originally uncut insulating board are transferred in one common fixture.
- When tiles are transferred, the Joint depth specified in the Placement pattern catalog is entered in field 6666 in line 7 of the MOUNTPART block.
- If the Mark "smooth edge" for cut tiles option is selected in the Brick/tile catalog, the Unitechnik file identifies the uncut edges of the tile with the line attribute Smooth edge (Bit 8).
