This opens Windows Explorer and the folder where you can find the program for remote maintenance of your Allplan installation.

Note: This software is not automatically installed together with Allplan. If no such software is available on your workstation then the corresponding website is accessed to download the software.

Use Remote maintenance if technical support advises you to do so. This is required for some support services.
