Allplan User Administration dialog box

In the Allplan User Administration dialog box, you can create new Allplan users, change the properties of an existing user, and delete users. Use the shortcut menu to do this.

User name

Enter the Allplan username. This name must be in compliance with ISO 9660 (up to 8 characters, no special characters).

Windows username

Enter the Windows username.

User ID

You can see the user ID. The user ID will automatically be assigned and cannot be changed.

User folder

Specify the computer that contains the user folder.

User group

Specify whether the user belongs to the Administrator or User group.
