The following table shows an overview of options and approaches provided by Workgroup Manager.

Check out a computer |
Click the relevant computer and then Check out Or: Open the shortcut menu of the computer and click Check out. |
Check in a computer |
Click the computer and then Check in Or: Open the shortcut menu of the computer and click Check in. |
Add any computer to the workgroup |
Right-click somewhere in the area on the left of the dialog box and select Add any computer to Allplan workgroup. |
Remove computer |
Open the shortcut menu of the computer and click Remove computer. |
Add local computer to workgroup |
Right-click somewhere in the area on the left of the dialog box and select Add [computer name] to Allplan workgroup. |
Move project |
Click the relevant project and drag it to the target computer without releasing the mouse button. Or: On the shortcut menu of the project, click Cut and then click Paste on the shortcut menu of the destination computer. |
Copy project |
Click a project, press down the CTRL key and drag the project to the target computer without releasing the mouse button Or: Open the shortcut menu of the project and click Copy. After this, open the shortcut menu of the target computer and click Paste. |
Rename project |
Click a project and press F2. As an alternative, open the shortcut menu of the project and click Rename. |
Delete project |
Click the relevant project and press the DEL key or, on the shortcut menu of the project, click Delete. |
Lock project |
Open the shortcut menu of the project and click Lock. After this, enter a note. |
Unlock project |
Open the shortcut menu of the project and click Unlock. |
