Find

You can find projects. Enter the text you want to find and click Find.

Update

You can update the list of computers and projects.

Add any computer to Allplan workgroup

You can add a computer to the Allplan workgroup.

New project

You can create a new project.

Remote projects

You can see all available workgroup servers with their projects. The shortcut menu provides a number of tools:

	Remove computer	You can remove a computer from the Allplan workgroup.
	Properties	You can display the properties of the workgroup server.
Project	Cut	You can move a project to the clipboard. By selecting Paste, you can move it to another workgroup server.
	Copy	You can copy a project to the clipboard. By selecting Paste, you can move it to another workgroup server.
	Delete	You can delete a project.
	Rename	You can rename a project.
	Lock	You can lock a project (see Locking projects).
	Properties	You can display the properties of a project.

Local projects

You can see all the projects on the computer selected on the left side.

Symbols indicate the status of computers, projects, and users. The following table shows you what these symbols mean.

Auto-update

When you select this option, the program automatically updates the list of computers to reflect changes. When this option is not selected, you can manually update the screen contents by selecting Update.

Check availability of computer (ping)

When you select this option, the program automatically checks whether a computer is available or not.
