Domaine d'activité Precast Wall

Owing to the wide range of parameters available for the factory configurations, catalogs and the parameters currently set by the user during element design or modification and owing to the current geometry of the element (outline or recesses), the program may not create all bars or lattice girders of the basic reinforcement and thus may not reinforce all parts of the element (e.g. corners with acute angles, narrow webs between recesses or between recesses and the edges). The program does not check that all the bars and lattice girders are actually created.

That is why you need to spend some time thinking about how to handle non-rectangular element outlines and recesses. These considerations can be described as "engineering thinking". This is exactly the reason why the Precast Elements role requires some experience. In particular, do not create production data without checking the reinforcement beforehand.

To design the elements for a precast wall

1. Click Design (How).
   Wall design consists of four parts. The following functions are provided on the context toolbar:
   

   Activate Design in one of the following ways

   • Barre d'actions : Rouleau Eléments préfabriqués Tâche Precast Wall Domaine d'activité Precast Wall

   • Menu bar: Create Precast Elements Precast Wall

   • Palette: Tools Create area in the following module(s):

   Precast Wall

2. Click Design Type to assign a wall type, concrete grade, reinforcement type or additional parameters to an architectural wall.
   

   Mur d'architecture

   Seuls les murs ayant le 'type de données Mur d'architecture' peuvent être utilisés pour le calepinage d'éléments préfabriqués. Voir aussi Allplan - Mur.

   Remarque :
   les murs d'architecture ayant par exemple le type Elément de construction courbe ou Elément de construction basé sur un élément ne peuvent pas être calepinés en tant que mur préfabriqué.

3. Click Visible Side to change the visible side (viewing direction) of the wall.
4. Click Connections to define the required joint arrangements of the wall elements.
5. Click Divisions to define the divisions of the precast walls.
