Favorites in layout catalog

Within the layout catalog you can now save existing settings for individual elements (page, view, section, etc.) and then load them once again. You can now create or process new layouts quicker than was previously the case.

To do so, under Catalogs, General and under Layout catalog for

• the settings of individual definitions for a layout, such as the properties of the element plan, of the page, of a view - parallel projection, of a reinforcement view - parallel projection etc., as well as
• the general settings in General such as the properties of the dimension groups, ..., the symbols for formwork attributes or the iTrigger

to save the actual settings as a favorite or to load settings via Load favorite have been added.

Note: Every setting for all tabs of the individual definition is saved in all cases. During loading, ensure that the contents of individual tabs with the different element types of Slab, Wall, Structural precast element and Precast element may be different. After loading a favorite, check the settings and amend them to suit the current element type if required.

Furthermore, when it comes to the dialog boxes for

• the table inputs for the Dimension line index (e.g. under General, Dimension lines, Dimension groups, ... in Texts for fixtures etc.),
• the Symbols for formwork attributes (under General, Symbols, Symbols for formwork attributes),
• the selection of the border size (under Border size when setting the Automatic selection for the border size in the Page tab within the properties of a page).
• The settings for the Layer under Contents of "Page" on the Table tab, if for the Content of the table on the element plan, the Individual layers setting has been chosen,
• the settings for the layer under Display if, for the formwork on the Formwork/display tab within the properties of a view/a section, settings can be selected for individual layers as well as
• the settings for the layer under Geometryif, for the Dimension panel edge option on the Dimensions tab in the properties of a view/a section, the settings can be chosen so they are individually dimensioned at this point,

the settings Save as favorite then read these in via Load favorite once again.
