Rotate 3D elements of precast elements in the event of direct object modification

In the case of 3D solids or user-defined architectural elements, direct object modification in the context toolbar also has the Rotate 3D elements option. However, this option was not available in the 3D solids or user-defined architectural elements converted into a precast element. Now the Rotate 3D elements option is available in the context toolbar even with precast elements.
