Option to rotate the texts with absolute dimension lines in the element plan

Within the Layout catalog you can now go to the Dimension lines tab within the Properties of a view of a section on the element plan - instead of the fixed option Rotate texts by 90° Absolute dimension line = Yes/No - for the option Rotate texts from absolute dimension lines any angle between 0° and 90°. The text is then rotated accordingly.
