Additional criterion when rearranging

The Rearrange Marks function was expanded to include the Prefix criterion. When you select this option, the Rebar Prefix attribute will be taken into account when rearranging the marks. Identical reinforcing bar marks with different attribute use are not therefore combined into a mark.
