Connection of structural framing beams and braces

With the Join Linear Component with Line function, you can now also connect structural framing beams and structural framing bracings to the lines or edges of other Structural Framing Objects. You will also find this function in the shortcut menu for both of these Structural Framing Objects.

After you have chosen the required Structural Framing Object, you then go to the input options to define whether it is just the anchor point to be connected to the axis of the Structural Framing Object, or the entire Structural Framing Object together with the anchor point and axis. If you select the Adjust final outline option in the second instance, the inclination of the cross-sectional area will also be adjusted to the line or edge.
