Improved export with resources

When exporting drawing files and layouts with resources, it has previously been the case that only all loaded drawing files (current - edit - reference) or the current layout with its drawing files were saved as an NDW file. If the loaded drawing files contain associatively referenced files that are not loaded, you now have the option to choose whether these files are also copied. If you have loaded Views and Sections without the associated model data, these data shall also be copied.
