Simpler access to SmartPart functions

The following functions used to generate door and window sill SmartPart can now be controlled as individual functions in the Opening Elements and Interior Finish task areas:

• Sectional door SmartPart
• Lifting door SmartPart
• Up and over door SmartPart
• Window Sill SmartPart
