Improvements in input dialogs for iWall

On the Division Parameters under Spacing characteristics, you can only select the entry for Round Lengths if either the Consider Cranes option under Length Spacing Variants or the Limit Weight option under Length Spacing Parameters have been selected beforehand. The entry for Round Lengths and the Rounding value were therefore positioned directly underneath the entries for Limit Weight in order to provide a better overview.

Under Basic reinforcement,... on the Lifting bolts tab, the Check lateral lifting bolts option in the Definition of lifting bolts can now only be configured if the Generate option has been activated in the Lateral lifting bolts group.
