Shuttering boards in the Objects' palette

In the Objects palette, all shuttering boards had previously been listed in the Shuttering board group.

To improve the distinction between targeted visible and invisible switches and to determine the transparency or color of automatically generated and manually added shuttering boards, the shuttering boards are now listed separately in the Automatic Shuttering Board and Manual Shuttering Board groups.
