Consideration of wall-height architectural recesses in iWall

In the case of wall-height architectural recesses (generated, for example, using Door or Joint) which separate a wall completely, this process had to date been designed beyond the corresponding recess by using Spacing characteristic.

This has now been improved. A new wall element is started after each wall-height recess separating the wall.
