Layout catalog, dimensioning of bricks

For a brick arrangement with a placing angle of 0°, 90°, 180°, 270° or 360°, as many dimension lines are always generated as there are different rows for the dimensions of rows of bricks in the Element Plan for the walls generated using the Design (iWall) function where Element type = Brick wall. In the case of non-staggered laying, one single dimension line is drawn; in the case of staggered laying, two dimension lines are drawn.

Note: In order to dimension the bricks in a view/section, go to Catalogs, General, Layout catalog on the Dimensioning tab, then Special components and choose the option Brick and tile areas/bricks/tiles. Or go to the Shell/Presentation tab and choose the option Bricks/tiles under Presentation.

If additional brick areas are added in Modify Wall in View with areas for surfaces, concrete, insulation, brick and tiles, they will be dimensioned on their own dimension lines.
