Insulation Material Catalog, deduction value for cutting tool

Two values have always been defined for the Half·panel·length and the Half panel width in the Insulation Material Catalog under Catalogs, General information on the Placement tab, however, these are only ever taken into account within the program.

This has now been changed. An individual Subtraction value for cutting tool for half slabs is now always defined to take account of the width of the cutting tool
