Until now, the shape codes used in the legend bar schedule - ACI were hard-coded. You can now find these shape codes in the Etc directory in the ShapeCodes folder in the text file ShapeCodes_ACI.txt. This gives you the possibility to change the existing shape codes as well as add new shape codes.
If you want to use the changed shape codes only in the project or in the office standard, copy the text file into the ShapeCodes folder of the respective project folder or the Std directory. Please note that in the Etc directory the files are overwritten during an update.
When generating the legend, the search for the text file ShapeCodes_ACI.txt is performed in the ShapeCodes folder in the order project folder, Std directory and Etc directory. This means that the file can exist several times with possibly different contents, but it is only evaluated according to the defined priority.
Note: In the ShapeCodes folder of the Etc directory you will also find the text file EndPreparations.txt. In this file you will find all the entries that you can use to assign the new end processing abbreviation attribute. You can find this attribute in the engineering group. It is used in connection with the use of sleeves. The attribute was also added as a parameter in the article catalog when creating the sleeves and can be assigned accordingly. For this purpose, the file Abbreviation_Endpreparation.lst must be assigned in the Lst folder of the respective sleeve manufacturer.
