Improved Interface for IFC Import and IFC Export

The interface of import IFC data and export IFC data has been improved. The dialogs for file picking and setting options during transfer have been combined and simplified.

If you have already specified the settings or if you use an exchange favorite, you just need to specify the path and filename for the destination - done. If you want to specify export or import in more detail, click settings; then the dialog box will expand and you can specify the options in the tabs as before.
