Visual Info

When you sort a parameter from the lower area to the upper area of the palette palette designer, you now get visual feedback about the drag and drop behavior.
If you drag the parameter onto the visual_scripting_neue_gruppe new group icon or an existing tab or for a new tab, these areas will be displayed with a colored background. Now place your parameter, it will be placed exactly at the selected location.
If you drag the parameter into the empty area after the last list entry of a tab, you will create a placeholder (create new group), in which you can then place your parameter.

When groups are visual_scripting_alle_zuklappen collapsed, the appearance of the expanders indicates whether the group contains elements (expander = black filled triangle) or whether the group is empty (expander = gray outlined triangle). You can also recognize a still empty group by the fact that the group name is displayed in italics and in the color gray.

If you have made any changes to the logic of your script, such as deleting or adding nodes, you will see a note about this in the properties palette of Allplan. You will be prompted to run the script again in the visual scripting application window. As a result, you will see the adjusted parameters in the properties palette of Allplan.

Undo/ redo

The undo and redo functionalities are now also available in the visual scripting application window (toolbar and edit menu).
Undo (Ctrl+Z): Allows you to undo one or more actions.

Redo (Ctrl+Y): This allows you to restore actions that have been undone.

Modify series line

If you have accidentally disconnected a series line at the input port, restore the connection by clicking the Esc key.
The appearance of the series line now makes it easier to recognize its selection state:

Duplicate node

When you duplicate (edit menu or Ctrl+D) a single node, only its input connections are duplicated, the output connections are not.

Unlink Smart Symbol

The shortcut menu of a visual scripting object in Allplan now also offers the unlink smart symbol function. You can use this tool to resolve the structure of the PythonPart relocation. You can then modify individually the design entities that make up the PythonPart installation.
