Import projects, also from previous versions

In the newly designed dialog box new project, open you can now also import projects or zipped project backups. This way you can easily access projects from all supported Allplan versions.

Here you can import one or more projects or zipped project backups from any path. The project can also originate from an earlier, still supported Allplan version. You can select the projects in the import project dialog box and import them into the current version. The source version is displayed in the version column; the project is converted to the current version when you first open it. You can use this function to upconvert projects from previous versions after upgrading to the current Allplan version.

Tip: You can find the path where the local projects are stored via Service application - service - Windows Explorer - my own CAD projects (PRJ).
