Data Exchange with CAFM Programs (e.g. waveware) via DWG

Since Allplan 2021, a room stamp can be used to place the base point within a room. Rooms (incl. stamps) are recognized in CAFM programs like waveware.

For data exchange with waveware, you can now use the new labeling screen room stamp FM, which evaluates the designation, function and floor space (without unit of measurement m2) of the room. You can find room stamp FM under select label style - standard directory - file 1 room stamp.

Note: In order for the base point to be placed via the room stamp within the room, please first adjust the following registry key:
Select the path Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Nemetschek\Allplan\2022.0\Settings\ODX Data, create the UseRoomReferencePoint entry if necessary, and enter a nonzero value for it. Details can be found in the Allplan help under "Transfer rooms to CAFM program waveware, as DWG".
