New Hotline Tool cleanvisgui

Hotfix Allplan 2021-0-6 has extended the hotline tool cleanup (in Services application - service - hotline tools); it has also initialized the display of visual scripting. Allplan 2022 provides the cleanvisgui hotline tool for this purpose: Running it recreates the PypConWpfDlg.vsprofile.xml and VisualEditor_WindowLayout.config files. This functionality is omitted in cleanup.
