Data transfer during upgrade installation

During an upgrade installation from Allplan 2021, 2020 or 2019 to version 2022, all office settings and the most important user settings are automatically applied from the (most recent) previous version (see “Restrictions on taking over personal settings”).

The project data is also automatically prepared the first time you open a project in Allplan 2022, so you can continue working on your projects immediately and without restrictions.

If you want to upgrade from Allplan version older than 2019 to Allplan 2022, project data must be converted before the upgrade (see “Data exchange with prior versions2019”).
