You can change the Name of the smart symbol, which is also used for the name of the smart symbol file.

When creating a smart symbol, you can see the folder where the smart symbol is saved. When modifying a smart symbol, you can change the folder; the Smart symbols library opens.

When the Save to check box is selected, the smart symbol is saved to the selected folder; otherwise, it is created in the document.
