Suitable default settings for many countries

During installation, you can select suitable default settings for almost all countries of the world. For the US and Canada, labels, reports, and legends in feet, inches, and pounds are available. For Canada, you can now export reinforcement data in the aSa and Soule formats also in millimeters.
