New task areas in Actionbar Configurator and Shortcut Configurator

Both Actionbar Configurator and Shortcut Configurator come with two new task areas.

• Window task area: Includes tools from the Window drop-down list (Quick Access Toolbar), viewport toolbar, and View menu (menu bar).
• Help task area: Contains the tools from the Help drop-down list (title bar of the Allplan window).

You can also find tools of these two task areas in other places in the program. As requested by you, our customers, we have combined these tools in these two task areas.
