Planes palette

The Planes palette sorts planes by absolute height.

In earlier versions, the Planes palette listed offset planes, roofscapes, and reference surfaces in the order in which they were entered.

The parts that make up the plane model will be sorted by structural level as follows:

• The list starts with the upper and lower default planes,
• followed by the other reference planes in the order of absolute height, starting with the highest value.
• When you change the height, the order automatically adapts.

Creating components

When you create components, you can select reference planes from a drawing file or plane model by clicking the Select reference plane button in the Height and Relative height dialog boxes. Here, too, the reference planes will be listed in the new order.
