Configuring Allplan updates for all users

Allplan updates can be downloaded automatically or manually. If Workgroup Manager is installed, the Allplan administrator can lock this, preventing normal users from downloading updates.

To configure Allplan to download updates automatically

1. Click Allplan Update (How).
   

   Activate Allplan Update in one of the following ways

   • Menu bar: ?

   • Title bar: Help

   The Allplan update settings dialog box opens.

2. Select Download and install updates (recommended).

   Note: If you cannot select this option, the Allplan administrator has locked this.

3. Click OK.

To download updates manually

1. Click Allplan Update (How).

   The Allplan update settings dialog box opens.

2. Click Find now.

   Note: If you cannot select this option, the Allplan administrator has locked this.

3. Click OK.
