You can flip the direction in which the line of travel is created (you can still correct this setting when it comes to placing the stair in the workspace).
Height, rise and number of steps
You can define the Height, Rise and Number of steps as follows:
Components
Tread, riser
If you want to apply treads or risers to the stair, select the relevant check boxes and enter appropriate values.
Components
You can create stairs with treads and risers only, concrete stairs (with or without treads), stairs with stringers and stairs with handrails. Select the relevant check boxes and enter appropriate values.
Visible / hidden component lines
You can define the Format properties (Pen, Line and Color) that are used to display visible and hidden component lines. The program uses the layer set in the Properties palette for the entire stair and the format properties for the line of travel.
Match all components from an existing stair
Select this option and click to match all the components from a stair you have already placed.
Note: When this option is selected, you cannot make any settings in the Stair components area (in the right hand part of the dialog box); the settings available in the Stair shape, plan dimensions and Height, rise and number of steps areas can, however, be modified.
Restore section in plan (for modifications only)
This option is only available when you have created a section of the stair to be modified. Select this option if you want to retain the section.
