Height of section object

You can specify how Allplan is to define the height of the section object.

• If Height from elements is selected, Allplan takes the height of the section object from the height settings of the elements in the active drawing files.
• If Height from elements is not selected, enter the height settings for the top level and the bottom level:
  • Use Top level to set the section’s upper delimiting plane.
  • Use Bottom level to set the section’s lower delimiting plane.

    Note: The minimum distance between the section’s top and bottom levels must not be less than 20 cm.

    Note: To produce a section which shows the entire building, you need to set the Top level of the section at least 20 cm above the ridge, and the Bottom level of the section at least 20 cm below the bottom of the building. As an alternative, select the Height from elements option.
