You can change the format properties of architectural elements.

You can change the format properties of architectural elements.
You can assign surfaces to or modify surfaces of architectural components. These surfaces are visible in viewports of the Animation view type.
Surface elements
Show in plan
When you select this option, the selected surface element appears not only in sections but also in plan view.
Hatching in component direction
When you select this option, the hatching adapts to the direction of a linear component. This setting also applies to hatching and patterns that are defined by style areas.
General architecture
Interaction
You can change how individual architectural components interact. This setting can be defined globally in the Options - Components and architecture page - Architectural settings across modules area.

Single, multi
You can use Height to change the height of a component. You can define the height as an absolute value. You can also define the height of the component based on a default reference plane, custom reference plane, offset plane, reference surface or based on an existing component.
To modify the Height of the top level or bottom level, select the corresponding check box. If you also want to change the reference plane, click the Select reference plane button and select the required reference plane. Make sure that the check box to the left of the button is selected.

You can assign the Structural_load-bearing attribute to the architectural element.
Building alteration category
You can assign a building alteration category to the architectural element. The following attributes are available: As-built, Demolition, New building, Temporary, Other, Unknown, and Not specified.
In the lower border of the dialog box
Catalog for architectural component
Click to assign a catalog to the architectural component type that you have selected in the list box to the right.
Click to transfer the parameters of an existing architectural element to the dialog box.
