Proportionate window area.rdlc

Proportionate window area for each story, including component ID, name, function, base area, window area, area as a % and evaluation; rooms whose proportionate window areas are less than 1/12, 1/10 or 1/8 of the overall area are highlighted in red.

When you work with documents, the rooms and the walls with the windows must be in the same NDW file.

Go to Report Viewer - Parameters palette - Proportionate window area and switch the proportionate window area to 1/12, 1/10 or 1/8.

You can use Sorting_story to sort the report by story of the building structure or by story name of the rooms.

You can filter by room enclosure. You can choose between DIN277-2016 and DIN277-2005.

You can zoom in on and select report elements in the workspace. To choose these elements, you can use the component number.

Proportionate glazing area for each story, including component ID, name, function, base area, window area, area as a % and evaluation; rooms whose proportionate glazing areas are less than 1/12, 1/10 or 1/8 of the overall area are highlighted in red.

This report analyzes window SmartParts and door SmartParts; smart symbols are ignored.

Go to Report Viewer - Parameters palette - User Interaction area and filter by Area type.

You can zoom in on and select report elements in the workspace. To choose these elements, you can use the name.

Base area for each story and room, including room name, function, dimensions and area; total for each room and story; final total

You can use Sorting_story in the Parameters palette of Report Viewer to sort the report by story of the building structure or by story name of the rooms.

Rooms per story, including room name, room function, base area, volume, perimeter and graphic, finishing surfaces (and special surfaces) with openings and smart opening symbols, material, smart symbol name, if available, quantity and unit.

The report includes adjacent openings and smart opening symbols only when you select them when you create the report.

You can use Sorting_story in the Parameters palette of Report Viewer to sort the report by story of the building structure or by story name of the rooms.

Room groups and associated rooms created with Group Rooms, Stories, including component ID, name, function and base area.
Total base area for each group of rooms and final total.

Go to Report Viewer - Parameters palette and use the Apartment option to filter by room group (apartments).
