Place Punching Point

Task area HALFEN

You can use this tool to define a point in Allplan at which you want to calculate punching shear.

To place a punching point

1. Click Place Punching Point (How).
   

   Activate Place Punching Point in one of the following ways

   • Actionbar:Role Engineering Task Manufacturer Task area HALFEN

   • Menu bar: Create Products, Manufacturers HALFEN-DEHA

   • Palette: Tools Create area in the following module(s):

   HALFEN-DEHA

2. Read the software agreement, which you can suppress after you have selected this tool for the first time, and click OK.
   

   You can use the tools in the task areas of the Manufacturer task to place fixtures that are provided by the respective manufacturers. ALLPLAN GmbH does not assume any responsibility for these fixtures.
   Fixtures will be placed automatically based on the results of the calculation program provided by the relevant manufacturer.

   You can find more details in the software agreement.

   This software agreement opens whenever you select a tool in these task areas. To hide the software agreement, select the Do not show this dialog box in future option.
   

   Note: When you use the cleanstd hotline tool (on the Service menu in the Services application) to restore Allplan's default values, the software agreement will appear again.

3. Click a point in the workspace.
   You can use the options provided for entering points.
