Modify Landscaping Elements

Task area Plant Objects, Path Areas

You can use this tool to change the attributes of plants, outdoor objects and paths.

To modify landscaping elements

1. Click Modify Landscaping Elements (How).
   

   Activate Modify Landscaping Elements in one of the following ways

   • Actionbar:Role Surroundings Task Landscaping Task area Plant Objects, Path Areas

   • Menu bar: Change Terrain Landscaping

   • Palette: Tools Change area in the following module(s):

   Landscaping

2. Click the object you want to modify.

   The dialog box of the landscaping element opens.

3. Change the parameters and attributes of the landscaping element and click OK to confirm your settings.
   • Attributes of plant objects
   • Planning and planting, parameters
   • Placing plants along a line, parameters
   • Placing plants in an area, parameters
   • Outdoor object, attributes
   • Path, parameters
4. Right-click to confirm your settings.

Note: Modifying a single plant object using Modify Landscaping Elements changes this object only. To modify all the placements of this plant object, use Modify Plant Objects.
