Delete Text Line

Task area Paragraph

You can use this tool to delete single lines of text from paragraph text.

Several lines of text are combined into one item in a paragraph text. The spacing between the lines in paragraph text is always correct, regardless of reference scale.

To delete a single line of text

1. Click Delete Text Line (How).
   

   Activate Delete Text Line in one of the following ways

   • Actionbar:Role Draft Task Label Task area Paragraph

   • Menu bar: Change Text

   • Palette: Tools Change area in the following module(s):

   Text

2. Click the line you want to delete.

   If the line you want to delete is part of a paragraph, the remaining lines will move up automatically to close the gap left after the deletion.
