Settings for engineering elements
The program displays reinforcing bars and meshes in the colors assigned in views of the Animation and RTRender type, regardless of the settings for these view types. In the case of reinforcing bars, you can assign colors based on mark numbers, diameters or steel grades. In the case of meshes, you can assign colors based on mark numbers or mesh identifiers. If you want to display all other view types and 3D elements derived in the same way, you must deactivate the Color stands for pen option in Show/Hide. Otherwise, the program uses the format properties of the elements. To derive 3D elements, the program uses the current settings in the Properties palette.
If a Surface colors from ... option is selected and there are mark numbers, diameters, steel grades or mesh identifiers to which colors have not been assigned, the elements are given color numbers following the greatest color number. If color assignments are not defined, the program automatically assigns color numbers to the elements, starting with color number 2 and assigning color numbers numerically or alphabetically in ascending order.
You can assign colors in the Reinforcement Visualization dialog box. To open this dialog box, click the Assign colors button. You can use the following tools to assign colors.
You can change existing color assignments by selecting the desired color in the Color column.
Load favorite
You can retrieve a color assignment saved and adjust it.
Save as a favorite
You can save the current color assignment as a favorite file.
Restore basic settings
You can reset the color assignment to the state that was active when you opened the dialog box.
Insert line
You can add a line to the end of the table and define the value or name of the attribute and its color. For the color, the program automatically uses the first unassigned color number, starting with color number 2 in ascending order. Starting at 1, the program increments the mark number, diameter and steel grade. Identical attribute values or names are not possible.
Remove selected line
You can delete the selected line from the table. If you have not selected a line, the last line is deleted.
OK
Closes the dialog box and applies the current color assignment.
Cancel
Closes the dialog box but does not apply the current color assignment.
