Creating your own wizards from drawing files or NDW files

Allplan comes with several predefined wizards, but you can also create your own wizards. All you need to do is save a drawing file or an NDW file as a wizard file in .nas format.

To create your own wizards

1. Open a drawing file or an NDW file.
2. Draw the elements you want to include in the wizard.
3. Click the Allplan icon, select Save Copy As and switch the type to Wizard (*.nas).
4. Add the new wizard to the wizard group.

   Note: You cannot change the Allplan wizard group, but you can create a new group.

Note: Create wizards at a reference scale of 1:100; this is the scale at which design entities appear in wizards. By using this scale, you make sure that reinforcement labels are in the correct position.
