Modify SmartPart Instance's Attributes

Task area SmartParts

You can use this tool to change the attributes of an instance of a SmartPart. This tool works just like the Modify Smart Symbol Instance's Attributes tool.

To modify the attributes of a single instance of a SmartPart

1. Click Modify SmartPart Instance's Attributes (How).
   

   Activate Modify SmartPart Instance's Attributes in one of the following ways

   • Actionbar:Role Draft Task User-Defined Objects Task area SmartParts

   • Menu bar: Tools Customize User Interface More tools with icons
2. Select the instance of the SmartPart whose attributes you want to modify.
3. Modify the SmartPart properties
4. Click OK to apply the settings.
