Task area As-completed Drawings

You can use this tool to compress scanned image files.

To compress a scanned image file

1. Click Compress (How).
   

   Activate Compress Scanned Image File in one of the following ways

   • Actionbar:Role Draft Task Design Task area As-completed Drawings

   • Menu bar: Create Bonus Tools Scan

   • Palette: Tools Create area in the following module(s):

   Scan

2. Select the file to be compressed and click Open.
3. Enter the filename for the compressed file and click Save.
4. Set the compression parameters.
5. Click OK to confirm.
