Task area 2D Objects

You can use this tool to display functional equations as sequences of curves.

To display functional equations as sequences of curves

1. Click Function() (How).
   

   Activate Function() in one of the following ways

   • Actionbar:Role Draft Task Design Task area 2D Objects

   • Menu bar: Create Advanced Draft

   • Palette: Tools Create area in the following module(s):

   Advanced Draft

2. Set the parameters.
3. Specify the function you want to display.

   Summary of supported arithmetic functions

4. Place the start of the curve.

Example

Enter the function X^2 and specify the coordinate range: -3 to 3:

A X-zone

B Start point for f(x) = x²

C Relative coordinate system
