Saving toolbar configurations to a file

Customizing the user interface

The settings are saved to a file (*.ubx). You can copy this file and thus restore the configuration on any computer.

To save a toolbar configuration to a file

1. Click Customize User Interface... (How).
   

   Activate Customize User Interface... in one of the following ways

   • Menu bar: Tools

   • Title bar: Quick Access Toolbar
2. Click Export... in the Customize dialog box.
3. Enter a name for the new configuration in the Export Configuration dialog box and click Export.

   This saves the configuration to a file, which you can transfer to any computer. To retrieve such a configuration, click Import....
