Seasonal surfaces

You can set the season you want to display in animation. This applies to seasonal surfaces used by the Set Surface tool.

Note: A seasonal surface consists of four different textures reflecting the seasons. So, it is not sufficient to assign a texture (*.TIF or another standard bitmap format) in the Set Surface tool. You also have to use one of the seasonal surfaces that come with the program. These SURF files are characterized by season_. To select seasonal surfaces, click in the lower-left corner of the Set Surfaces palette. To open this palette, select the Set Surface tool and then click the material color you want to change.
