Land act

You can choose settings for the story according to the land use act.

Add to floor area of building

You can choose to add the story to the floor area of the building.

Add in full to story area (full story)

You can choose to add the full story to the floor area of the building.

Add to story area although story where room is located is not a full story

You can choose to add a the room to the floor area of the building, even though the room is in a story that is not a full story. Enter the room and the other parts of the story as a substory with the corresponding parameters.
The Area Calculation, Application tool uses the type of area calculation and height division when analyzing the data.

Do not add to story area

You can choose not to add the story to the floor area of the building.

DIN277 attributes

Room enclosure

Specify the room enclosure in accordance with DIN277-2016 (R, S) or DIN277-2005 (a, b, c, bc). Click Enclosure type... to open a graphic where you can click to select the room enclosure in accordance with DIN277-2016.

Area type (for stories)

Use this to enter the area type, thus defining how Allplan is to analyze stories.
Click Area type... to select the area type in a dialog box.

Quick-select floor area, story area, room enclosure

Click the required story type in the graphic. The settings will be transferred to the Land act area and used for the story.

Note: The graphic in the “Quick select” area represents the sample building code. By using the boxes and check boxes, you can adjust the graphic to the required building code and the current building model. You can enter story heights and the height of the basement above the top level of the terrain. In addition, you can specify how much of the area on the top floor is at the height of a full story. You can use the check box to define the story as a full story and thus add this story in full to the floor area.

Note: These settings only apply to the graphic in the “Quick select” area; they are not default settings for the building model.
