Visible buttons in reinforcement palettes

The buttons for selecting list entries and opening subordinate palettes are now visible in the palettes for creating and modifying reinforcement all the time. So, you can see at a glance which parameters provide list entries and subordinate palettes. In addition, this speeds up your workflow, as you can click a button directly without having to select the corresponding parameter first.
