Render, parameters + Record Movie/Sun Study, parameters
The global illumination rendering method displays not only direct light sources but also indirect lighting that results from refraction and reflection.
Calculation involves two stages or methods:
This gives lighting a realistic look, in particular when it comes to lighting interiors. Compared with other rendering methods, global illumination optimizes the nuances of brightness and produces softer shadows.
You can save the resulting image in any standard bitmap format.
Note: If sunlight is switched off, the program uses ambient occlusion to calculate the scene. As a result, smooth shadows look realistic.
Special features of surface properties used for global illumination
After the calculation, you can see the Render dialog box in the CineRender window. Using the settings in this dialog box, you can adjust the result interactively.
Color saturation
You can correct the color saturation of the image.
Brightness
You can correct the exposure of the image.
Contrast
You can correct the tonal values of the image.
Save
Save the image to any folder on the hard disk.
